Rates
All Service Calls are a 1 hour minimum with a mobile fee
Normal Hourly Service Rate
$199
We work on an appointment basis and schedule all appointments during our normal business hours of 9-5PM Monday through Friday.
*Major holidays are not normal business hours.
Standard Mobile Fee
$50
Our standard mobile fee covers up to 30 mile radius from our office in Williston. Service calls over 30 miles but less than 60 miles will require a long Distance Mobile Fee $99. Please inquire about distances over
We charge an on-site mobile fee for our trip to you. If an RV repair technician is required to make future visits to complete the same repair no additional service fee will be charged. Each appointment is charged an on-site trip fee even if we are already in the same RV park or area.
Emergency/After Hours Service Rate
$249
If you require emergency service that can't be scheduled for our next available normal business hour appointment or require roadside or evening/weekend service our hourly rate is $199 per hour.
Due to fuel costs some rates may have changed from 2021. Please contact us with any questions.
Warranty and Insurance
We work with after-market, manufacture, insurance, and extended warranty
We are authorized and able to work with warranty and insurance claims.
Warranty & Insurance Service calls may have a deductible that you will be responsible for paying directly to us. Claims may not cover our trip charge which would make those fees your responsibility.
When calling to book your service appointment please have your claim number or policy number available along with the last 6 of your VIN or unit number.
* If we perform work at your request and your warranty or claim is denied all fees for our services will be your responsibility.
